Review: April Glossybox

I haven't posted in a while and I know this review is nearly a month late, but its better late than never right?

So first things first about this months Glossybox, how amazing is the box this month?! It's absolutely adorable and I will be keeping this box just for the peach and white flower design!

If you are interested in purchasing a Glossybox, then just click here and follow the instructions for a subscription!

So this was the contents of this months Glossybox for me:
What can I say? As soon as I opened it, I loved it!

ESSIE Nail Lacquer in 'Bikini So Teeny'
Full Size Product // £7.99

Ohhh my gosh! As soon as I seen this I was so excited!
I'd always wanted to try an ESSIE nail varnish because I had heard so many people rave about the brand on YouTube, but never got round to actually buying one, especially since I normally only buy nail varnish from OPI. So, when I seen I had this, and in one of the most popular colors 'Bikini So Teeny' I knew that this month's Glossybox was worth it!
The nail varnish applied so smoothly, and after applying two coats it looked amazing! I absolutely love the color, a must have for Spring and I think this will be my go-to nail varnish this season!

ILLAMASQUE Medium Pencil in 'Hex'
Full Size Product // £13

Now, I do not justify £13 for an eyeliner in the slightest, and I definitely would not pay that much for it out of my own money. But that being said I have always wanted to try a nude eyeliner as I have heard a lot of good things about them because I always seem to just reach for a black when buying new eyeliners. Below is a swatch of the color on my hand so you can get a better idea of the shade.
It does apply very smoothly and has a creamy texture unlike some eye pencils you can get where they are hard to apply because the formula is too dry.
The color is nice for everyday wear and I love to wear it, just to give my eyes a little bit extra and make me look awake, and it has good staying power, which is always a plus!
It can be used on the lips or brow aswell, but for this color I would say its more of an eye pencil, or a lip pencil if I were to wear a nude color, which isn't very often.

CRABTREE & EVELYN 'Hand Therapy'
Sample Size // Full size is £14

This hand cream is amazing! It's so nourishing and has so much moisture that it makes your hands feel smooth for hours.
It has a slightly floral scent to it, which is nice but it's not the best smelling hand cream i've ever had.
I'm loving having this in my bag right now, as it is a good size sample and is small enough to just fling in without it taking up a lot of room like some other creams do.
I would definately think about re-purchasing this if it comes in a smaller tube than the full size 100g. I would have to re-purchase this sample size of 25g because it is just the perfect size for on the go!

YVES ROCHER FRANCE 'So Elixir Purple'
Sample Size // Full Size is £44

This is one of the best smelling frangrances I have ever smelt. It is described as having an 'intoxicating and magnetic fragrance', and a 'floral-woody elixir'.
I LOVE this!
It is just gorgeous and there's nothing else I can really say about this!
Re-purchasing this as soon as the sample runs out!

NIP + FAB 'Pistachio Sundae Body Butter'
Sample Size // Full Size is £9.95

This is my least favourite item out of the Glossybox this month, and honestly if I told the truth, I hated it.
It wasn't that the bosy butter wasnt good at all, because it was!
It was the smell. Yes, I cannot stand the smell of Pistachio's in the slightest, and every little wiff of this product knocked me sick! So it's fair to say that this product ended up going to my mum!
She loves to use it, but in my opinion, a cheaper alternative is just as good!

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog, and as ever leave comments to let me know what you think and have your say!
